When you connect us via chat, phone or email either for service or enquiry, we need to collect personally identifiable information. We may ask you verbally or may ask you to fill the registration or any other from in electronic format. This monitoring helps us to deliver quality-based services, raise the level of customer-satisfaction, and handle any dispute in future. Besides, recorded session abets to create a knowledgebase based on real-time or practical issues, and/or conduct internal market research to shape the company’s strategy to have a long-term relationship with you.
