Generally only very complex and very time consuming problems fall under this category and might include issues needing complex trouble shooting or multiple issues.

Resolving time will be generally more than 45 minutes. We will resolve more than on technical issue if needed. More than 1 computer problem can be possibly fixed under this plan.  Add on software installation and support may be provided within this plan.

Resolving time will be generally more than 1 hour to be fixed. We will resolve more than one technical issue if needed, will potentially fix more than one computer if that is needed. This is one of the less used plan and usually valid for complex trouble shooting and involving multiple issues, computers. Add on software installation and support may be provided within this plan.
